Following the success of our data cabling, computer networking and electrical installation services the natural progression for PME Projects was to branch out into full office and warehouse refurbishment projects.

We start by identifying the client's needs and working out the areas where we can assist in their refurbishment programme. If you already have suppliers for certain tasks, we can dovetail in with these parts of the project for a seamless conclusion to the refurbishment.

How our Building Services work:

• Our clients usually have architectural drawings; but we can supply the name of reputable architects wherever necessary
• Clients provide us with their budget forecasts for the work and we will use this to devise a plan for costing the refit
• We then come up with a space plan and consult our office furniture service partner for the most suitable fixtures
• We put together a swatch board of samples such as carpets, lighting, and cable rods to show the client for their selections
• We will explain where and how we will carry out all the electrical and network requirements and containment routes
• We will then bring in the necessary engineers and service suppliers to complete the work to an agreed timescale and to minimise impact on their day-to-day business operations
